This document is a template provided for convenience. Have qualified legal counsel review and adapt it for Yoink before launch.
This Acceptable Use & Content Policy (the “Policy”) sets the ground rules for everyone on Yoink — creators, members, and visitors. It is part of our Terms of Service. Yoink is operated by [Company legal entity]. Violating this Policy can lead to content removal, loss of selling privileges, withheld payouts, or account termination.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not post, sell, host, or distribute, or use Yoink to do, any of the following:
- Illegal content or activity, or content that promotes or facilitates it.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; we report to authorities as required by law.
- Content that sexually exploits or endangers any person, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or hate speech targeting people based on protected characteristics.
- Incitement or glorification of violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive or misleading claims, phishing, or impersonation of others or of Yoink.
- Malware, spam, or attempts to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts.
- Infringement of intellectual-property rights, including selling content you do not have the rights to distribute.
- Doxxing or sharing others’ private or personal information without consent.
2. Prohibited and restricted products
You may not sell or facilitate the sale of regulated, dangerous, or prohibited goods and services, including but not limited to:
- Weapons, explosives, or related instructions.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or related paraphernalia.
- Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or pirated content.
- Unlicensed financial, gambling, or investment schemes, including pyramid or Ponzi schemes.
- Adult sexual services, or any product that violates our content rules above.
- Anything prohibited by our payment processor’s restricted-businesses list or by applicable law.
3. Honest marketing
Describe your products and communities accurately. Do not make false or unsubstantiated claims (for example, guaranteed income or results), use fake reviews or testimonials, or misrepresent what a purchase includes. Pricing, renewal terms, and what is included must be clear before checkout.
4. Community conduct
Treat others with respect. Creators are responsible for moderating their own spaces in line with this Policy and may set additional house rules that are not less protective than this Policy. Members must follow both this Policy and a creator’s posted rules.
5. Reporting violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Policy, report it to support@yoink.pro with details and links. We review reports and take action where appropriate. We also accept intellectual-property complaints; include the information needed to evaluate the claim.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, withhold or reverse payouts, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, with or without notice depending on severity and legal requirements. We may also preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect people from harm. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent removal.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the Service and legal landscape evolve, and will update the effective date. Questions can be sent to support@yoink.pro.
