This Refund & Returns Policy explains when purchases made on Yoink are eligible for a refund and how to request one. It applies to all purchases of digital products, courses, memberships, and downloads sold through the Yoink platform operated by [Company legal entity] (“Yoink”).
1. Digital nature of products
Yoink sells digital goods and access — courses, memberships, community access, and downloadable files. Because these are delivered electronically and accessed immediately, refund eligibility differs from physical goods. There is nothing to physically return; “returns” means revoking access and reversing the charge.
2. When you are eligible for a refund
- Faulty or not as described: if a product is materially not as described, is inaccessible, or fails to deliver the core access you paid for, you are entitled to a refund.
- Duplicate or accidental charge: if you were charged twice or charged in error.
- Unauthorized charge: if a charge was made without your authorization (also contact us immediately so we can investigate).
- Statutory rights: where the law of your jurisdiction grants a cancellation or “cooling-off” right for digital purchases, that right applies. In some regions, starting to access digital content immediately may waive a cooling-off right where you have expressly consented — your statutory rights are not otherwise affected.
3. Memberships and subscriptions
- Subscription memberships renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new period has begun, except where required by law or where the creator offers a more generous policy. If you intended to cancel before a renewal and were charged, contact us — we review these case by case.
4. One-time purchases and downloads
One-time purchases (such as a course or a downloadable file) are eligible for a refund under section 2. Once a downloadable file has been delivered and accessed, refunds are generally limited to the “faulty or not as described,” duplicate-charge, and unauthorized-charge cases, plus any applicable statutory right.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. When a refund is issued, the related access (entitlement and, for membership products, community access) is revoked. XP earned through fraudulent or reversed transactions may be adjusted.
6. How to request a refund
Contact the creator first (optional but fastest)
For product-specific issues, reaching the creator directly is often the quickest path to a resolution.
Email Yoink support
Write to support@yoink.pro with your account email, the order or receipt details, the product name, and the reason for your request.
We review and respond
We will review your request, coordinate with the creator where needed, and respond within a reasonable time. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge or believe it is in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve issues faster. Filing a chargeback may result in immediate revocation of access while the dispute is reviewed.
